1、 Overview
The palatal gate is suitable for various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, ash, chemical products, etc. with a bulk density of ≤ 2.5t/m3. It is widely used for bottom unloading in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and glass.
Structural Features
The palatal gate is formed by welding high-quality carbon steel, with a unique structure, flexible and reliable operation, and no jamming phenomenon. Using different transmission devices can meet the needs of different working conditions. The electric palatal gate adopts an electric push rod with overload protection device. It can avoid burning out the motor, can be remotely operated or programmed, and the reciprocating stroke can be precisely adjusted for position self-locking. The Nantong Zhongkuang electro-hydraulic palatal gate adopts an electro-hydraulic push rod, fully hydraulic transmission, and can achieve stepless speed regulation of both pushing and pulling forces. Nantong Zhongkuang Pneumatic Jaw Gate adopts pneumatic push rod, which can be remotely operated or controlled on site through accessory combination. SEF is manual, DEF is electric, Y is electro-hydraulic, and QEF is pneumatic.
3、 Working principle
The palatal gate is composed of components such as the body, fan-shaped gate, shaft, gear, seal, and actuator. Manually or by using an actuator to push the joystick, the gear drives the sector gate to rotate along the axis, causing the two sector gates to open to both sides, and the material immediately falls. After the material receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the joystick to reset the sector gate and close the intercepted falling material.
